60-channel outdoor sound installation occupying nearly two blocks along Halifax Harbour boardwalk. Portable FM transmitters and radios; high-powered surround sound PA system.

Underwater recordings and maritime folk song (i.e. The Drowned Sailor) stylized using PureData software. Vocal performance by singer/songwriter Victoria Parker.

Part of a body of work entitled Point-Line-Intersection that examines interrelationships between culture and natural water systems.
